Double premiums also not enough to prevent all these so called " fire or my dog-eat the books " excuses coming from them.. Now you see no matter how clean someone can be, it is just a facade. A person can appear like he has no bad records.... but human is still human. The truth is still out there...awaiting more unravelling.

Though I understand the situation is as bad as it seems to be now...but I just cannot believe the company can be allowed to operate while holding onto investors's money. I would like to believe if the money is gone..someone has to be responsible at least...and company has to liquidate all its assets to compensate its bond holders....loan parties...then shareholders...no? | ||||

If you can see teeth around....it is probably ITE. CGX break the taboo of getting into trouble on its books even when it is only audited recently for the KOSPI listing. This break the assumption that Dual list guarantee that the company is good to invest. It is all about the circle of trust......... The aftermath : a) BB/trader knew long time that this company would be in trouble. Symptoms: 1) Cornerstone investor wasted no time to cash out, the moment the lock out period expired. 2) CGX consistence to ask for cash and in such a short span of time. 3) Management are selling out their share. Simply put it .........common sense. Which many failed...... BB want to say also cannot......on fear it will cause a run.......they start to say because it has happened.....a very important note. Remember hor, Before....cannot say....After......can say. b) Either auditor fault or something else..... Current situation point to a legislative disadvantage in PRC way of defining a firm. You all read the article from ST.......the key word here legal representative and company's seal. Legal representative are like demigod in their universe. Together with the company's seal, he (gender inclusive) can do anything they want......like moving/transferring cash/asset out of the company they represent. They CANNOT be fired by anyone except he resigns......Of course, there are other way too..... My understanding from a friend of mine said that everybody knew of this issue in PRC. To maintain check and balance, the key figure in the management will usually hold the company's seal. So......the question here is did the management of CGX knowingly let the legal representative did something to the company ? The answer is almost complete with the departures of the management. c) The oldest of all questions Is there god ? Really......the oldest of all question. Ask any China man (gender inclusive) and they will tell you that when you die, you become a pile of shit........and there is no God in China. Yes....there are churches, mosques, and temples.....but no God lor. Perhaps, it is simply not enough of the mass. Many People in China become greedy for money....... This is the surprise when I ask about CGX......He ask me if I believe in God.....I gave an immediate answer. d) May 31st SGX has instructed all related type of companies to report if they implement a many thing in their wishlist.....including a rule to fire legal representative in their respective entity. So......still can play S-chips ? Of course can, but you need more more more more more more more effort beside the usual TA/FA. U need to have a very very very watchful eye on it lor. From SGX announcement, at least 2 Top mgt (CEO & ED) were told to go. These 2 may be facing legal action later on, as legal counsels from Spore, Korea and Beijing were appointed now.

I just checked SGX...the executive director for zhejiang HG and CFO can just resign like that...should only be allowed to resign after everything has been settled..one resigned due to health..the other retirement..sian. Seems more like run road to me.... | ||||

I just read from CIMB research saying that Foreland is considering a dual listing in Korea....still got ppl dare to buy??? Foreland also dealing with fabric...and CGX is far better in terms of establishment. I doubt the respond will be good....GCX....how long more.... | ||||
