x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Even if China govt raises interest rate to curb inflation, cash-rich companies like China Taisan will not be affected badly in my opinion. With stronger yuan and purchasing power, the China retail market will only grow bigger. This will actually benefit those companies in the local  retail sector. The peculiarity of China Taisan is the stock price has not moved up much since its IPO. Most of the time, the price is actually under water. Another note is the majority shareholder and management don't seem to care much about the share price movement and  appear to be  more focus  on running the business. The PE is at a ridiculously low level considering its financial  performance in the past few years, some people may see this as a big risk while others may see it as a big opportunity. If they really only cost S$2m, I believe a lot of textile companies in China  would invest aggressively to expand their production output because the capital investment can be recovered totally in less than 1 year based on China Taisan's statistics. If you don't trust a company, you don't invest in them. No point in assuming what they can do with the cash without your knowledge.
