Healthway group itself lacks fame and reputation too. Young and new specialist lack support unless patients are  internally referred in from the Healthway outpatient Clinics. Worse, they will use the healthway  setup as a stepping stone to finally open their own Clinic nearby once they are readied. Hence it will take a long time to stabilise and be profitable.
