the rebounce from 22 cents last week really caught a lot of ppl this time..

many must have thought tat the opportunity has come when it reaches 22 cents.. and quickly grabbed them.

many expect a rebounce from 19-22 cents..

this is really a sad day for a lot of us.

though i didnt invest (i vested earlier but cut - lost a lot), i feel sad for those vested..

look at the brighter side.. must be strong to go on ur life

I was rather lucky to avoid another suspended companies.. heng heng avoid sino env, china milk and now gaoxian.. that day when drop to 19cts, i tempted to go in, key in all the numbers 100lots.. just left didnt press submit nia.. avoid another shitty chip..

so far, i have yet to see a suspended ship resurrect.. therefore, those who are in already, i wish you all the luck and hope at least they will come back..

Never see  any substantial shareholdings changed announced. Those who dump are probably institutions players or fund managers or so called " insiders" . We all know that " insider trading" happens all the time in stock market, before Q-result report, before news, before takeover/merger etc...we also know that it is very difficult to catch these people and prove the case in court by law, and don't think SGX/MAS has the manpower and resources to handle all these insider trading unless they have other  people come forward to provide information and evidence..ie, insiders play out by insiders.

Never see  any substantial shareholdings changed announced. Those who dump are probably institutions players or fund managers or so called " insiders" . We all know that " insider trading" happens all the time in stock market, before Q-result report, before news, before takeover/merger etc...we also know that it is very difficult to catch these people and prove the case in court by law, and don't think SGX/MAS has the manpower and resources to handle all these insider trading unless they have other  people come forward to provide information and evidence..ie, insiders play out by insiders.

CGX announced suspended due to  its 2 subsidiaries at Zhejiang and Fujian got irregularities in bank balances uncovered by its audit E& Y needs to expand the scope of audit. It seems that CGX and CHongxin and CHongwei share the same problems:: accounting irregularities at the subsidiaries. Read STimes  today highlighted SGX    to ask all company  to be able to control (hire and fire ) legal representatives at their subsidiaries but for CHINA, it seems  rather complex issues in audit and control.    Let's hope that these subsidiaries problems are limited in scope and depth and will not drag down the entire company. Apparently, these 3 companies CEO/senior management did not run away or missing  and seems to be  in cooperation with relevant parties  to investigate the matter. Just wait and see. Good Luck to all.

3) Most importantly, do not fret over what has already happened. Go take a breather, if you have to , smell some flowers and get on with life.

Look at Japan and Libya, and you will know what I mean. Lives are more impt than money. *Pardon me if I talk too much about things you already know*

that was the only case. and it happen yrs b4 i even start investing..

those say might come back.. celestial, china milk all become quiet n quiet.. maybe ceo n gang buy time n dig all the money away liao..

i tink its really sad if kana.. especially i am 100% invested on s-pennies counters.. its demoralise to see such cases.. and surely affect other better s-chip in sgx.. i really hope sgx this time step up their effort in regulate these china companies and ensure their cash is in.. even their subsidaires

I not dare to catch falling knife because I know that the fall sure is trigger by something.

I also very lucky to avoid but I won't buy even it dropped to very tempted price before I know the reason.

If you are a shareholder you are a shareholder lor. 

CAO managed to come back is a very very rare case.  With the help from Temasek and the Chinese government. I think original shareholder only got back 10cts for every 1dollar or less.......anyone got the number ??

Also beware of fraudster trying to buy your now SUS CGX......good story on how they plan to use your stock to extract cash.

You may end up putting more money into....say .....timesharing opportunity in wonderland.....ya.....like sugarcane....always got some juice left.

Originally CAO shareholder got back almost nothing because of dilution.  I know because on the eve of the trading halt I almost bought it.

SM.....not a lot money but still money......never enter SUS.

If you are a supplier or vendor of CGX and see it is SUS. They are going to run on the company......or stop supply or cash term lor.  Will this kill a company, you say lor.    Will bank continue to offer revolving loan ?

The longer they stay in SUS state, the higher chance it will go bust lor......

Last time was  Transmile scandal , Megan(The boss cheated Citibank and Islamic Bank about 1 billion ringgit) and the recent one 

Kenmark the CEO suddenly missing.
