Those that brought 2.03 and  double sold @ 2.15 (hopefully can cover 2.05) - u made like 18 cents after  fees both ways. Imagine u  brought 1,000,000 shares and sold 2,000,000 shares in the morning haha u made  $300,000++ .... :)  Big Ang Bao for New Year ..   HUAT AH |

those who read the charts will know that macd seems to suggest upward with parabolic confluence as well as no shooting star like in feb last year yet :) shooting star + stochs down + macd divergence and still don't sell ?  | ||||

2.03 is a good stop loss.. why? doji there  + the ema's of 8 and 21 as well as 62 holding it there.. however fibonnaci is 23.8% is at 2.01 ... for me.. my stop loss is determined when i see the way it is trading.. sometimes gotta pull earlier..but i say 2.03 - 2.04 is fine :)  | ||||

Their stock price is currently at 23 cents. Last year profit was 3.2 milllion. Market capitalization is small cap at 30 million +/- They have 25% stake of a 46 million building bought last year and now according to Insider they have a 100 million offer. They also own a 20% stake in the property consultancy company that manages this building.  They have nominated DTZ to do an open tender. DTZ expected price tag is 110-115 million. Tender closed in Mar. My calculation is they will get minimum 12.7 million if the commercial property went for 110million.  They have invested in a HQ building in 2007 for 20 million. The valuation according to inside information is now 70 million. They have a committed tenant to invest 10 million for a training school in their HQ. So they will start to have some rental income. Q - If the profit is 1/3 to ˝ of their market capitalization, based on FA or financial model/valuation, what kind of price can be expected?  The trading volume is pretty low and because its a small cap stock - no analyst coverage available........."
