Actually there's another plan, and it good to use on strong fundamental with strong profit growth company. And that is the hold your current share and Average down at the bottom px (u need extra $$ to risk). But if px didnt go down too much (around 400) u dont had to Average down, hold and maybe px will up by Krx T day. U waiting to throw and many waiting to catch. But if u dont throw someday they will ask from u :) If really px drop like shit below 380 or under them, i think GX CEO more worry than u all, and those Krx investor/mafia/ah beng/ah lian/BBs/Gays/idiots/retire old mama papa who bot IPO will be like u all, anyhow sell throw on T day. And we can laugh back at GX and krx investor liao, whos the pig? And GX will laugh by many company and peers in krx too, dont know how to play dual listing dont play la, play until whole body shit, pui!!!

I agree and think alike too, they had to make px at Krx (if 405-415) look attractive bargain compare to sgx (445), but they also need to control px here to make it attractive there. If here 395- and Krx 410, U think Krx IDIOT AH!!! So if GX px here can push up to 470+++ before their T day (GX had a lot of work to do if want success), i think with the company strong profit growth fundamental, Krx investor will go siao (discount lelong lelong, CNY ang pow) and when T day start, they will anyhow grab anyhow put into mouth any anyhow push px rocket up. If sgx and krx px chase up, it will benefit all (GX the most) If all px goes down without support, tell GX CEO and their strategy advisor go fly kite la. Dont make IPO become Idiot Purchase Overprice.

saw the heavy sell down yesterday afternoon, already knew some news might be leaked. today confirmed my theory coz its halted.

here are my thoughts. these are only some possible explanations for myself:

1. BBs already started to short this counter before closing yesterday, that is, sell off their contra + short. that explains the big sell downs from .465 all the way down to 435.

2. BBs covered some of their shorts back before closing, so you won't panic, thinking its just profit taking.

3. BBs are waiting for your panic selling after trading halt lift + force contra sell. baseline will be formed at 40cents above.

4. eventually the price might go back to 43-45 cents range, if the premium offer in korea is 40-41cents, counting in the 10% discount GX has to give to korean side.

will the price fall below 40cents? i dun believe it. if korea investors find out they can buy cheaper in SGX, why would they still subscribe in korea? and also that 17M X deals in range of 43.5-45 cents happened the day before yesterday will become obsolete. Korean vestors have already done their study and made their move.

as GX has been preparing for so long for dual listing, they are aiming for only a successful subscription and listing on kospi. the price drop after trade halt life does no good to their subscription over the other side. if retail players can force the price down, they will have no choice but to keep it up until actual trading starts on kospi.

my advice, dun anyhow panic sell into BB's strength. sell only when the price has been stablized again above 40cents.

according to one news i read it mentioned that they hoped to raised the KDR at a premium. Let's pray hard! and This KDR is fungible. It means u convert share or KDR vice versa.

1. Bookbuilding and subscription period: 12 to 13 Jan 2011

2. Offer price: KRW 5,970 (priced on 11 Jan 2011)

If KRW 5,970 is true, it will mean at 1 KDR = 20 shares and exchange rate of 1 SGD: 860 KRW, the price of one share has been priced at SGD 0.347.
