 Alert Admin 		bladez, i suggest u to read up this company.. see if it has potential in the long run. If the price goes down tmr, just keep for long. If the price hits higher for you to break even and u dont wanna hold anymore, just sell them away.

I doubt that the underwriters will allow the price to go below $0.35 here in SGX. if the issue is oversubscribed, then those who did not get the allotment will gobble up anything below 0.35 here in SGX. It will reflect badly on the underwriters and the instituitional players who subscribed.

The Korean underwriters will have to price the IPO at an attractive price so that there is still some upside for the subscribers - probably leaving at least 10% upside for the IPO subscribers. So assuming 15% upside, the price would be $0.40 (which is around 10x PE post dilution, still below peer average).

Just to make some sense, quoted article

The listing rules state that the price at which new shares can be sold should not be at more than 10% discount to the to the weighted average price for trades done on the SGX-ST for the full market day on which the placement or subscription agreement (or, as the case may be, the underwriting agreement) is signed.

While the rule is designed to protect existing shareholders, there is no restriction on the premium that new shares can be sold at since this would be in the interest of their company.

It may yet materialise that in Gaoxian’s case, the share sale could be at a premium to the Singapore price, given that its Korean peers trade at a higher average PE of 16.

But I doubt that would be the px..If it happens that way, then all dual listing is such a huge risk since company can play at any ridiculous px they wanted. I think SGX shldnt be allowing this type of px. 2 cents

impossible to price at 22% discount from last traded price of $0.445 leh...even if Gaoxian wanted to price it at this low level, SGX won't allow it because it will turn the whole market upside down...think SGX rule is that maximum discount to last traded price is 10%...i.e. $0.40
