u cannot compare gaoxian with hyflux... hyflux is not a manufacturer of materials, it is a manufacturer of mature market products with much higher margin who buys goods from companies like Gaoxian...the sentiment of investors towards these two companies can nvr be same... can u compare goldAgri with wilmar?...

bro. you have to have the presumption of the growth of the company and the forecast earnings in the next year. i know exactly what you mean. you are only basing it on the today's financial size of the company but you have to take in on the company tomorrow's growth. 3.3 is overly optimistic but you never know. the relatively cheaper valuation in krx accounts for at least 3x, lets enlarge it to 10x to symbolise the gem's status on the sgx and krx's standing, not forgetting the exponential growth of china domestic market. the company makes whats the china economy feeds on, the annual cagr for the company is huge and the expanded production may be further enlarged next year and you remember the land the company had bought for its further production, it will be rightfully utilized next year to meet the increasing demand........and lots more. one dollar for this gem is fair and only fair for its financial size. another dollar for its mobility between for the two exchanges and another dollar for its premuim intangible assets status. load up before you are left out! load up before you are left out! |

Bro you study account one you should know the share value. $3.30 the PE will be 80 ++ you can see this value only when BIG BIG BIG BIG X 10000 BULL. Hyflux share price $3.00 ++ is because the issue and paid out share is lesser.

i would say 3.30 target price for this gem at the end of next year if it can hit the growth plan ! 10x baggers ! why not? it earns more than hyflux and hyflux is worth as much. try to place a fair value on this gem and put things into perspective. earnings, balance sheets, cash flow, strong management team and revenue is strong and even on par with some of the blue chip companies. load up before you are left out! load up before you are left out! |

The Interim Dividend is made in anticipation of the KRX Dual Listing, and is intended to reward

not an indication of the performance of the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2010.
Shareholders should refer to the full year financial results announcement of the Company to be

The Register of Transfer and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on

personally i feel its a very nice surprising move by the management to declare the interim dividend and its shows the confidence of the management of the krx listing. i will not hesitate to ask investors to take positions in this gem to participate in their growth. The Depository Receipts is expected to be offered to public investors and institutional investors in Korea, in the proportions 20% and 80%, respectively. i am quite confident the px offered will be a much higher premium than the current, how much i am not sure, but it will not be too relatively lower than its peers in krx. imagine the smaller peers are trading @ 16x pe and this gem will be the largest textile company in terms of revenue and profitability, how low can the px be? i mentioned before, i foresee the px to be around 40 cents year end. remember, you will need to own this gem before you can sell in krx. if krx px is somewhere near 10x to 12x pe, wouldnt that drive up the buying momentum in sgx. you will be buying much more expensive in that sense. thus, i am urging investors to take this opportunity to buy in this counter. those familiar with my post, i mentioned once it passed through 30 cents, there is no looking back. if it zoomed pass 40 cents approaching year end, you will miss the boat. summary of this gem: largest textile company in sgx and krx, earnings last year surpassed blue chip company hyflux, roe is more than 30%, profit margin is more than 30%, better higher px translated high margin as company serves mid to high end market, solid managment plans for expansion already in progress and results will be seen in 1Q 11, starting to pay dividends, high growth engine company, lots more to state if i have to go on. i guess those that have done their homework known best. i only have to sum it up in my usual style, load up before you are left out! load up before you are left out!

updates on SGX abt gaoxian just now.. interim dividend @ 0.5 SGD cents, 20 shares convert to 1 KDR... even with a P/E of 16, at what price they can offer their KDR?... Bon predict tmr's movement? =D now market got a lot of falling knifes to catch, too many dunno which one to pick lol |
