i have a question on the transfer on krx. how do we transfer the shares? and is it always beneficial to transfer to overseas exchange? i know the shares will not be in one's names when the transfer is processed. and the fees need to be incurred? |

If the big buyers are investors. Buy low at SGX and transfer to KRX to sell. Then share price has more upside room. If BBs are punters then buy when rumors sell when sentimental fact. Nevertheless, based on my view Gaoxian IPO price will be higher than PE 10 after new ordinary shares issue. So the listing price could be more than 0.40. Gaoxian management has set the target listing date around early 2011 that's mean only 2 - 4 weeks to go. I do believe investors sure buy up the shares and transfer to KRX to sell at new listing price. Let's see,

the presumtion derived on the basis of buy on rumuors, sell on facts. but i think that will only apply when it started its trading on the krx. refer to all the dual listing stocks, i would say most of the stocks are trending upwards even after their approval has been done with. the peak of the px will most probably be a few days or few weeks after trading krx. thats what happended to stocks for hk and tdr, some of the stocks are trading at a huge discount compared to the oversea listing i.e. united environtech, some are almost similar i.e. midas, some are fading away on popularity like oceanus, sinotel.......china animal healthcare is doing very well in my opinion and this stock has huge huge potential. this is the only gem in sgx having 3 fund houses vested in it and the % is increasingly more. i believe gaoxian is the first gem in sgx gotten the approval from krx so the anticipation and the fever for this gem to go higher will be much higher. even on monday, it opens lower, it will be fiercely accumulated in anticipation on the trading on the first day on krx. if not lower, it will go higher, pass 30 cents. whatever the case, do get vested in this gem. you will be surprised by the upside it will bring u. load up before you are left out. |

V. true , words of wisdom from some1 v. experience indeed. And also very humourous * I like the one which you comment about some1 here having his own show, director, actor and producer :) Also v. sound advice which you gave. Buying into stocks not only need sound information, but your own guts and patience. I have learnt the hard way as well with past shorting and warrants. Its not the way to go.. Investing long term into good coys is the way. Take it slowly, breathe the fresh aroma of flowers and know what you are doing.
