yup.. bec they offer better returns. of cos risk is higher too..

The way i pick penny stocks:

1st, i look at their liquidity. At least when i want to sell, there are market for it.

2nd, look at chart, I like to buy down beaten counters. Which is somewhere near their bottom.. So even if im wrong abt it, when its near the base, downside is limited but upside is unlimited.

3rd, look at their earning report. if a company is doing well and their share px is outright low.. which didnt justify, then i will love it also.. eg. china paper, li heng, china env.. -> all this 3 counter even at this current px, i still think there are very undervalue.

4th, as penny is more risky, i nv put all into 1 penny even if i think they are very very good..

i hope my experience helps u abit on how i pick pennies..

back from ho chi minh.. a nice place but traffic and air is horrible.. then kana diarrhoea also.. but when i see my shares doing well today.. that makes me feel better..

Current holdings:

China paper @ 0.125 - up to 0.135 > will try to apply for excess.. this counter is one of my most recommended buy at 0.13.

li heng avg @ 0.215 - hapi to see them breaking 0.225. have been waiting for 1-2mths liao.. no tp for this..

china env avg @ 0.21.5 - finally back to 0.255.. haha abit wasted to sold 1/2 my holdings on fri.. else my ho chin minh trip will be paid fully with the extra 1.5ct rise.

raffles edu avg @ 0.27 - back to 29cts.. intend to add some more when is 28cts, but hesitated awhile and miss it last fri. 1st tp 32cts.. hapi with their performance today..

Courage ma @ 0.195 - waiting for this dragon to awake..

spice i2i @ 0.115 - waiting for this to get hotter..
