Likely xd date: don't know. If you check the SGX's website for announcement by this company, you may be able to find it. Normally the company will send out a circular to inform the existing share holders of their entitlements.  The share holders will have to apply if they are interested in the Warrants. They can use ATM to apply like IPO shares.

Nobody can tell how the price of the mother shares will move. It depends on how the investors view the issue of warrants and how the company is going to use the funds raised. As it is, the discount given to the price of the warrants (to the mother shares) is about 5%. Not very attractive. But on the other hand, it could mean the company is confident in meeting the fund raising target without dishing out huge discount which could depress the price of the mother shares.

Overall, my view is this is a neutral move- no great impact either way (negative or positive). If you are  taking a 3 yrs view, the likely chance of the mother share price going well abvoe 50 cts is very high.

Let me try:

The ratio is  1 warrant for every 5 lots of Falcon Shares u owned. If you have 6 lots of Falcon shares, u will be alotted 1.2 lots (1200) of warrants. At 10 cts per warrant, you will have to pay $120 for these warrants if you are prepared to take up the offer ie to subscribe to them.

These are only warrants, not shares. You can convert them to Falcon shares within 3 yrs from date of issue. The conversion cost is 40 cts per share.

So your total cost per new Falcon share (if you subscribe to the warrants and then convert them to mother shares within the next 3 yrs), will be 50 cts each.

It will be profitable to you to take up the warrants if the mother shares trade above 51cts in the open market.

I'll recommend this to anyone looking for a good stock that has not run up yet.

Not easy to find a counter like this in this very high market.

Also I noticed for the past few years certain brokerages, their tp is very accurate while other brokerages are very excellent reverse indicators. One need to know the tp is given by which brokerage, example I purposely bot cosco at 1.20 when got 1 brokergae gave a sell call with tp of 60odd cts a few mths ago & i bot yzj at 1.30 when another brokergae gave a buy call on yjz at the same time, I'm still holding both my cosco & yzj as of now

If u serious, joke a side, closed 0.51 since 1 Sep till today of 0.525. High 0.54 n low 0.52, vol 4k. Wat u think?Dun trust the MFT's TP on low n high. You hv to decide yourself. On the other hand, if u keep on asking, then myself give your money to fund manger to manage for u, solve all the hassles.

PS. If MFT says, low TP is 0.49 n high is 0.55, so wat u can do?
