as long as u got holding power.. i dont think it's risky to go in at 1.68.. price are most likely to go up more.. yzj is a powerful ship to board :) but best if u can get lower px when the market is bearish

揚子江TDR掛牌首日 飆漲停
中國第1大民營造船廠揚子江船業TDR(台灣存託憑證)今天正式掛牌，上市首日氣勢如虹，直接跳空至漲停價新台幣20.1元，收盤排隊追價買單達30餘萬張。 揚子江是第一家典型的大陸企業來台以TDR掛牌，甚受市場矚目。揚子江此次來台預計發行2.4億個存託憑證單位，每2單位TDR表彰原股1股，TDR發行價格為新台幣18.8元，發行總金額為新台幣45億元。 揚子江董事長任元林昨天出席法人說明會時表示，台灣是航運的大市場，擁有長榮海運、陽明海運等航商，這次來台上市可增加揚子江船業的知名度；未來希望與台灣的船廠合作，在兩岸簽署ECFA(兩岸經濟協議)後共同創造雙贏。 目前揚子江船業已簽有台塑海運4艘9.25萬噸超巴拿馬型船訂單。 揚子江船業去年營收、稅後盈餘分別達人民幣106億元、22.9億元，每股稅後盈餘（EPS）人民幣0.63元，市值與獲利為新加坡掛牌紅籌股之首。 揚子江船業今年上半年營收人民幣57.5億元、年增25% ，稅後獲利人民幣13.87億元、年增27%，EPS為人民幣0.38元。 揚子江船業去年船舶完工量為193.4萬載重噸，今年上半年已交船22艘，今年預計交船48艘。截至今年 7月中旬，訂單有121艘船舶、達50.73億美元。990908 |

Yangzijiang TDRs jump on Taipei trading debut (2010-09-08 01:07:00) TAIPEI, Sept 8 (Reuters) - The Taiwan depository receipts of Yangzijiang <911609.TW>, China''s No.4 shipbuilder, opened at T$20.10 ($0.629) on their debut on Wednesday, 6.9 percent above their offer price. Singapore-listed Yangzijiang the issue of 240 million TDRs at T$18.80. Every two TDRs represent one share, and the company estimated it would raise S$153 million ($113.5). The company, the first mainland Chinese firm to list in Taiwan, said in Augustit had won 28 shipbuilding contracts worth $915 million.
