I believe this may be the right time to buy some lots as financial report for first 9 months 2006 is about US$17m net profit and other parameters like EPS are relatively healthy. Seems to be very undervalued too. Most prob adding another 5lot tomorrow. |

Sorry for the error. It should be any provision set aside for litigation expenses would be written back to improve its 2007's P&L. Very unlikely to lose its case against Ambu for another infringement. In fact, the case will be financially beneficial to LMA as damages will have to be paid by Ambu to LMA |

LMA won an infringement case against Ambu last year and is seeking damages (pse refer to its website for the amount) from Ambu. The second case that is pending against Ambu is for its infringing another LMA product (case will be heard later this year). The ongoing litigation is unlikely to affect LMA's core business coz' it will be a "sure-win" case so provision for litigation expenses need not be set aside, which will affect its profitability. The low buy and sell prices are just an excuse for the "manipulators" to try and buy it at low prices. If Hulumas starts accumulating it at low prices, the RSI will soon become "oversold", and head for a rebound. Low prices will last for a long long time if a share is fundamentally unsound (not profitable or slightly profitable ). LMA is very unlikely to be wind up like a few other shares (fundamentally unsound ones with "falsified" P&L a/cs) which were played up by "manipulators" and had to be bailed out by other investors! |

Yes, similar to the OTC saga, did not buy any Msian share even its was outrageously cheap at that time. Waited till the outcome from Msian govt. Safe from all the worries created by Mahathir. |

One of the factors for deciding on companies to invest is I avoid companies with ongoing litigation which affects their core business. I'd rather wait till the outcome of the litigation is determined before making any move (as in TA...when trend is confirmed). The reason being as follows:

Hulumas will be doing good deeds by buying up a grossly undervalued share and save the few "hungry" investors who had been cashing out by selling at the present "leng long" prices. Hope other forum participants who have spare cash will also keep on buying up at the present "leng long" prices. It's always very safe to buy any share at low prices and sell them when it moves upwards (so long as one is happy with whatever is the gain and not fall prey to greed by holding onto it for too long hoping for a higher gain). Agree? Let's hope Hulumas move in on Monday to grab it and frighten away whoever has been trying to buy it low by selling low ! May God bless you, Amitabha... |

Hulumas, I have an evil thoughts * grin * since you got 60 counters on hands.. with your spending power, you should aim for one counter each day to just heavily buy up every 5 minutes starting from 9.00 am, until 4.30 pm, and dumped all of them, on that day.. heeeee... that's pretty evil, right? I believe you are able to do that, but please, let me know before you do that, ha ha.. |

Wow, if LMA ends like another Landwind, Hulumas will be a "trillionaire" overnight. It has been underperforming the market since being listed at 88 cents per share last year. An investor may decide to make it private by offering a premium to the present "leng long" price (since company is fundamentally sound - won't wind up - everyone will have to use the larnyxeal mask airway one fine day or during an operation ). There shd not be any anxiety abt the Ambu case since it is seeking fairly big sum of compensation from Ambu for infringing its patent (i.e. a sure-win case). Its present low price could be due to a small number of investors" who have to sell them to get pocket money, lah(shares at low prices will soon dry up). Pse help them by all means to buy up the shares, and, in no time the active traders or funds will follow you to chase it all the way back to at least its IPO price. God bless you for your generosity. |

Dear Readers, It seems this LMA is not subjected to any big problem, perhaps market anxiety about the law suit to Ambu.. making share price performance under perform. However, just partly support all my friends posting comments, I preliminary plan and will decide to go in and accumulating gradually this counter at the present price level about 300 lots preliminary. Any comments? |

In any Markets there bound to be Manipulators, Contrarians, Bulls and Bears, Sharks and Ikan billis, Fools and Idiots...etc........ It doesn't matter what they're and as a Traders or Investors, you should not be afraid of these players. The Market is the place for one to trade (buy&sell) and nothing else. Therefore just concentrate on what you're doing and try to run faster in the same race. If you don't run faster the Big Fish will swallow you when you're on their war-path - not that they like it, but that their ways of doing business! Cheers! |

iPunter - your observation noted. Just to draw tuntan8888 and others who are vested in LMA that based on LMA performance up to the 3rd quarter performance of FY 2006, it should return to profitability from FY 2006 onwards. Three cheers - HipHipHurrah! |

But the so-called "manipulators" may actually be normal active traders, ie, market players who have their own timeframe. They may not be deliberately 'manupulating' the market. |
