but informatics is a business, not education. They develop business strategy to make money, not necessarily to achieve better teaching or training. He should just give scholarships to low income families directly. |

No hope to reach 50c. By buying up to 35c, he should have collected over 50%, then he is required to do a cash offer, probably at 38c, and everyone sells to him. Finally, informatics will be delisted and turn private. So it can never reach 50c.

no one here including me can answer u this milllion dollar question. First, we don have the skill, talent, vision. Second, u need to pay a visit to informatic management team, talk with them, understand their vision, understand their problem. check their management background. But can u and me to this? we do not have the proper network. Most people here be it TA or FA. We are betting. TA use a tool to increase their chances of winning. FA look at financial result & news, which is already past, already happened. Only insider has the first hand information and news. We outsider, always the last one. Higher risk.

Like VC, they put some small amount to venture a small cap company hoping to hit a jackpot. So I think his investment is still reasonable. Don't forget that he started to invest when the price was still 5 cents.

Do you expect Peter Lim to buy. Genting? NOL? HL Asia? Singtel? How much he can earn there? Can he make a different there? He need to make a different at somewhere else. Most likely it will be very surprising one. Because he got the power to change. |
