What is the one time income for which they are giving the special dividend for. Did they sell some assets. So next year will not get the special dividend. |

Upnowhere, you are really accurate, exactly 2 weeks it really jump up, will hold tight now. Anyone wants to come in are welcome. You are lucky, I waited 2 months for it to come back to this price, tiring! Tomorrow should break up more since today gap up with more volume and the DMI turns bullish.
