bluesky, ruzmidah, If you refer to some recent posts on Rotary, (whch has similiar divident/rights), the procedures should be the same...$ values will be different and cut off dates differ. |

Thanks ruzmidah, me most of the time ignore these forms and I think your explaination make sense, if I don't do anything, I should get the dividend early Feb 07 if I am not wrong...... |

If i am not wrong, u can use the dividend $300 to buy 500 shares. and top up another $300 to buy another 500. Must fill up the form and pass to them or can go to ATM to apply. If u dont apply for the rights, u will get $300 as divi.. COrrect me if i am wrong. <-- newbie also |

Sorry guys ! I had received a form form CDP on exercises the rights, does it mean that if I want to buy additional 500 shares ($300 ??), I need to reply back, if not I can ignore the notice. By the way I have 1000 Share of Allgreen so I should be credited with 500 shares in my account ? I can also buy from the market directly now ? The closing date is 15 Jan 07, urgent advice from all experts ! |

Hi spyh99, if i recall correctly, you can apply for a whole 1000 right issue even if you are holding 1000 shares. Some company do this to avoid odd lot to be allocated to small shareholder. |

Apply for the excess rights together with the right issues thru ATM. You may not get the excess rights, depends on the issuer, try your luck. Payment is immediate with S$1 comm charge. Probably a week |

I only have 1 lot before the xd, that means I will only have 500 rights shares. Can anyone advice how to get another 500 rights to make it alot. Also, when do we need to pay for the rights and when will the rights be credited to us? Thanks. |

Hi am another new trader here trying to learn the ropes.
