haha , not too sure, cos wont be sure unless u have a copy of the offer letter than baker accepted.. but i guess, like u go and buy a house, the seller accept the offer to purchase and back out, seller will kana from buyer..

so potentially, baker kana two times, once from scm, once from yzj.. think baker holders better run!!!!!! hahahhaa

 Alert Admin 		relax, court case is between ppl holdings and scm, if scm wins, damages also paid by ppl holdings and baker tech, yzj will lose the deal, it does not harm yzj's core business of ship building... dont be too stressed haha
