Chip Eng Seng Corporation posted a 25% y-o-y rise in 4Q profit after tax to $38.8 million from $31.2 million. Group revenue rose 10% to $136.9 million from $124.4 million.
For the full-year, group revenue and net earnings reached a record of $477.1 million and $109.7 million in FY2010 respectively.
This was achieved mainly on the back of property development profits recognised on its wholly-owned project Oasis@Elias and a significantly better performance at its construction division.
Chip Eng Seng is proposing a dividend of 4 cents per share.
