According to I speak to some people who are in construction abt this counter. This company, they just tender anything and everything. Their price is scary, always one of the lowest !!! So we can imagine their profit ???? Give me a doubt on where is the profit, if they keep tender project in low profit ! Good Luck. |

any further views on Tiong Seng at current price of 27 cts? my broker say tis ipo good, but under water. any views on whether dbs underwriter will further support the price next week? Altho I applied but did not get. Is this counter good to hold for mid-term? wats e upside potential versus e downside? |
