yup, i am not fazed by their recent valuation, will short it for short term gain, be it a coming correction / coming P&D. my advise to this is, if u want to play, try small first, direction not clear yet, but i go for a short. Good luck!

Healthway Medical: S$0.17 BUY (TP: S$0.30) Expands specialist services Healthway Medical is Singapore's largest clinic operator, with 90 clinics across the island. It is establishing a new specialist medical centre in Orchard Road. In addition, it plans to expand its two medical centres in Shanghai, to eight by end FY10, and subsequently expand into the other Chinese cities. China is expected to account for half of Group revenue in the next 3 – 4 years. It has secured a US$25m funding from IFC for its China expansion plans. Despite its robust growth prospects, Healthway trades at 16.7x P/E, which is lower than industry average of 22.5x. We maintain BUY with target price of S$0.30. |
