Haha, sure you all know how BB play out all the retail wannabe "traders". They have good software, inside connection, no need to pay broker fees, you think you can follow the chart and trade day to day? Get real. Sure you can, in many occasion but sometime things may not be what it appears to be. China credit tightening? Dont think this is the cause of it drop like sheet and not moving for many months.

I read somewhere in blogs where some BB can also assist in "setting" the price for others to join in the game. Like exercise warrant, options, etc..Cool, maybe next life I becme a BB then I can play the price with insiders against the rest of the world. In the mean time I praise and curse the BB.

from 2feb to 5feb JP Morgan was doing some contra trade from 5% to 4.99% then back to 5%, make some quick bucks on the way. Real BB was playing, now the retail traders have wet their pants, staying side line, my hunch is that it will take off, BB will go in again to create fear and sucks up more...

REDEMPTION OF 4% CONVERTIBLE NOTES DUE 2012 AT THE OPTION OF THE
NOTEHOLDERS
Yanlord Land Group Limited (“Company”) refers to the outstanding S$338,250,000 4% coupon
convertible notes due 2012 issued in February 2007 (“Notes”).
The Company wishes to announce that the holders of S$314,500,000 outstanding Notes have
exercised the option to redeem the outstanding Notes. Accordingly, the Company has redeemed
S$314,500,000 outstanding Notes on 4 February 2010 in accordance with the terms set out in the
Indenture dated 6 February 2007 (“Indenture”). The holders of the outstanding Notes who have
exercised the option to redeem shall be paid at their principal amount of S$314,500,000 together
with the interest of S$39,678,075, accrued thereon at the rate of 4 % per annum on 8 February
2010.
The outstanding Notes once redeemed, shall be cancelled in accordance with the terms of the
Indenture. Upon the completion of the above redemption, the outstanding balance of the Notes
which has not been redeemed is S$23,750,000.
