"Ng lives in the same house he has had for 30 years, "... the house is located just at the junction of Dunearn Road and Watten Estate house...on a sprawling land. If I have a house that big, LOL I will live in there for 30 years or more, so long as I am alive. The house is labelled "Ng's Mansion" and has a security guardhouse. I happened to walk pass a few times when the gate opens... and it's a Rolls Royce rolling out... complete with Chauffeur just to go across the street to do grocery marketing at NTUC at Coronation Plaza.
not being a sour grape... just telling u guys what I saw. Well, Newspaper... reports. It is correct to say he lives in the same house for past x decades...I would think It's 'hard' for anyone to move house under this special circumstance.

Ng Teng Fong (born 1930) is a Singaporean real estate billionaire. His family owns the development corporation Far East Organization and Sino Group. A member of the Henghua dialect group, Ng made his fortune with the help of one of Singapore's early billionaires, Eliya Thamby. Despite his fortune, he has a reputation for leading a frugal and unostentatious lifestyle.
