wah, so many cheem formula. just try here 1. inital cap 36, end of year cap 30, div 2, so the return should be (2+30-36)/36= -11.1% 2. second yr: inital cap 30 ( carry from last yr) + 30 ( new investment) =60, end of yr cap 36.45x2=72.9, div 4, so return on second yr = (4+72.9-60)/60= +28.16%
3. not following formula, but for 2 yr lump together for simple calculation, cap = 36+30=66, div 2+4=6, end of second yr cap= 72.9, so return overall = (6+72.9-66)/66=+19.5% i dunno the rest.
