I think the Market will continue to fall. Its a global effect now triggered by environment and sentiment in the US. Rising interest rates, oil prices, inflation, Iran nuclear problems. Regional markets will take the lead from US. See CNN report The point is - I think this will continue for some time. Better take loss and get out of market. NOW!! |

Mkt is down with d help from Bank, property, Tech and even China high flies stocks, almost by 20pts, end of d day. I think ppl take stocks that tmr is Friday liao, so take flight 1st, what ever profit or lost, they can't commit not knowing what will happen tmr. |

unless see another 911 coming tmr ??? if not may hv to wait..for awhile or wait a little longer, by then hoh.. maybe US $$ and oil is more settle, US hand shake China, China hand shake Taiwan, Iran hand shake US, opp!!! maybe not with US but with Russia and China, then mkt will come back again liao. There is some thing i wanted to tell is depression, not fear, once fear is unfound, mkt oso rebound. |

US hav just Fear, Fear and oni Fear to look at it performance. ithink ppl is jus living out, out of Fear of everything in US. However East Asia, China, Japan, HK, even India is doing well. |

At last, at least today, SGX look toward S'pore economy expands by 10.6% for 1Q06. In view of the +ve developments in both d external & domestic economic environment, and barring unforeseen circumstances, MTI has raised 2006 GDP growth forecasts to btw 5%-7%, it previous forecast is 4%-6%. SGX very small mkt lah..alway look to DOW or even Shanghai to make abit of kopi $$$. Given this 2days with all kind of negative news & even more terrible news like Iran vs US, US vs N.korea, Taiwan/US vs China, terrorist vs d US and d west, out of soo.. many many, d oni and d last one, remember Sept11 or 911. sian liao lah.. will hv to wait out for awhile to go back STI 2600, better go yam cha. |

FYI: A very health correction as regionally & globally many mkt hit mutli-yr high or new record high, said Song Seng wun, economist at CIMB-GK Reach. SGX 1.8bil shares, $S2.1bil were traded. China stocks remain at 2-yr high & may hv help d local STI index from further falling. Sentiment was oso dampened by concerns on higher US interest rates & lacklustre earnings reported by blue chips SIA. Who was the biggest loser, down 30cts to $13.70cts. Good News here, Oil prices have fallen in Asian trade was at 71.42 dollars a barrel, down 62 cents from late New York trades on Friday. |

STI chip down -85.75pt to 2,543.83pts, can C a sea of red, however selectively 2nd liners certain China stocks, eg: Hengxin, Longcheer, luzhou, Sino-env & even China life, very much alife kicking humm..just wondering maybe they hv yet to run, isit or isit not? |

FYI: Many fund mgr R looking towards to the emerging markets, for they show more potential than the US. Equation has changed with d emerging mkts in Asia, ppl like me had oredi started long X ago, view them with a different view......$O_O$ :)) How much STI drops on Monday is not important, how much one can benefit should be d main concern. Jus like my K1, vested. |

Some China stock released very good news over the weekend. Also, Investors are given more time to digest all those negative news from DOE fall....STI may continue to correct but penny stock, especially those that performed with good Q1 result should continue to ralli!! |

Dow down last wk, China related & few good IPO stocks got gd thing coming, had given very encourging results. Mon C some profit take w/SGX STI index on a down side, some even predicted all red doomday. Me think is not, for 100 ++ china stocks is looking to Shanghai for it CUE, in fact Shanghai index rose ++ 3%, so what is down in DOW maybe what is up for other. To those who's vested, acted & voted with their $$$, it happened last week oredi. Happy reading & hv a nice weekend(Sun). |

OK! Beijeing 2008, China will need a lot of foods, transportations (buses, trains etc...)and accomodations etc... for Participants & Visitors! So start nibbling at counters that fit the above descriptions when prices are weak. Slow and steady win the race! No Gold Medal though......who cares.. lol |
