Even if the price moves up, the 3 emas pose a strong resistance. I would prefer to enter only when it is above the 3 emas n either test it as a support or then forms a higher high n higher low after breaking above the 3 emas and the 3 emas gradient flattening.

No, I have never use the Chaikin Oscillator, as I find with too many indicators n when they conflict with one another, the mind gets clouded n confused, too many cooks spoil the broth, so I try to keep to the minimum possible tat is commonly used.

Hi Pilotfish/ Richtan/ Bintang, Have u guys use the Chaikin Oscillator indicator b4? To my understanding, it is a helpful volume based technical indicator that helps confirm the price movement or divergences in price movement. And according to my interpretation, based on current China Sport Chaikin Oscillator chart, the Chaikin Oscillator is making higher lows. And this signal a possibility that the previous downtrend may have ended. Correct me if i interpret wrongly. (A discussion that hope to learn & understand more)

Hi fartist, Thanks for sharing the chart. Today market very bad. Can't denial that most counter landed in red. Sigh.. 12. 5 already broken. Just monitor for another 2 days for this counter, volume vanishing stay positive.

China Sport is currently oversold. Hope we will see a technical rebound to bring it up....... thus avoiding the possible further downtrend u mentioned. N tomorrow Singapore will announce its economy results, n based on the news publish in The Edge Singapore, Singapore probably will emerged from recession on production gains News to be confirmed & announced tomorrow. Next China 2q gdp will be out on 16jul & China June PPI and retail sales out on 17th jul (provided by DBSV) Hope the upcoming news are positive & help push China Sport further up.

China Sports closed 1 cent down to 12 cents , there is only 1 cent to go to break the down trend channel at 11 cents . If this lower line of the down trend channel could not provide the support to the continuous falling price , then the down side target would be achieved easily . | ||||

Pardon this newbie question: Seems that China Sports has announced rights issue on 30 June, but how come there is no "CR" code beside the stock? And also, I don't seem to be able to see that announcement (with its details) on SGX.com, under "Corporate Action" for this stock? Any guidance and clarification will be most appreciated. A little disturbing that this stock appears to be going down. |

Hi pilotfish, Just exchange pointers n knowledge, it is not a contracting triangle but instead is a bullish falling wedge. Do a google search, many resources, eg: http://www.investopedia.com/university/charts/charts7.asp

Hi Bintang, A rising wedge is bearish while a falling wedge is bullish. To understand more, do a google search on both terms, "rising wedge pattern" n "falling wedge pattern"

It is always advisable to buy on a break up of the resistance on increase volume, if weak volume, best to wait for a re-test of the broken resistance as a support

Hi Fellow Forumers, Looks like the pest have morphed, mutated, re-incarnated or made another clone or got an agent (01101749) out to taunt me again in the "Ausgroup" thread. Plse give me your support to rebut or lodge a complaint to admin to remove such pests from making non-value-added, unconstructive post out to taunt people. Our peaceful days only lasted a few days, the jaws/pests are back now and taunts are re-appearing. |

Thanks for richtan for the link in Hongx forum for recalling what I have learnt years ago. CSI has formed or forming a 5 waves contrating triangle not a wedge. Pivoting point failed at 13.5 cents 12.5 provides another pivoting. Monday or the next 2 days will be curcial. Expecting volume to pick up. Agree with bintang; Better entry point will be after the confirmation of a key reversal day. See chart (increase in volume in needed) For reference only.
