Hi pilotfish,

Btw, pardon me as I m not good at Elliot wave, find it to complex and subjective, particularly with the labeling of the waves n sub-waves and all the rules, too many rules and waves n sub-waves till my head goes bonkers.

 Alert Admin 		Yes, my view is , it may move down to test the lower sloping support at 13.5 and if it manage to bounce from there, then the contracting triangle is valid with a-b-c correction but if it breaks below it, then the contracting trlangle is void n next support at 12.5

 Alert Admin 		China Hongx 's chart is very weak today , sell signal is almost generated from the Exponential moving average ribbons indicator . if  it could not rebound in the near term , the down trend would be confirmed . The next target would be at  12.5 cents , this is the lower point of the hammer created on 23 Jun .

CHHX is probably currently in the process of forming the contracting triangle continuation pattern.

Tat pattern will be void if it breaks below the sloping support line in the next few days.

Contracting triangle works on both daily n weekly chart n need not fulfil the 5 wave pattern, take a look at tat 2nd chart mentioned, it does not look like having 5 waves.
