Why such low volume?

If I'm not wrong, few months ago the price was below 10 cents, how could now trading at $2.xx. Isn't because of consolidation? Please share. |

This counter has been moving in parallel for days. Not performing even when the markets are good. So disappointment after the consolidations. |

Parent USA Chartered Semi was top (Num 1) gainer in Nasdaq, but singapore only gain 1 or 2 cents. Should be moving soon. |

Anyone have any idea why the volume has been so low since the consolidation? Previous volume is easily several times higher than what it has right now, after taking the price difference into consideration. |
