Same thought here, especially consumer electronics.....horrific margin even good times. If they are still playing DVD and loudspeaker.....god help them.....

Contel also in this business.........avoid electronic for at least the next 3~6months.....

The Company was incorporated in Singapore on 30 January 2003 under the name of KX Electronics Pte Ltd. On 8 July 2003, the Company changed its name to KXD Digital Entertainment Pte Ltd and assumed the present name on 9 September 2003.

The Group designs and supplies digital video and acoustic products for its customers. Its digital video and acoustic products can be classified as:-

(1) DVD players; and
(2) Digital home theatre systems, amplifiers and other related products, namely speakers, decoders, MP3 players and MPEG-4 players.

It also designs and supplies electronics subsystems which KXD and other electronics manufacturers incorporate into the end digital video and acoustic products.

Its activities are primarily carried out in Shenzhen, China. Currently, its products are sold mainly to North America, Europe, Asia and Others.
