SINGAPORE (Dow Jones)--Neptune Orient Lines Ltd. (N03.SG) Friday said that it wasn't planning to undertake a rights issue. In a filing to the Singapore Exchange, the container shipping company said "in the course of its business, it continually evaluates all available options to improve its performance and strategic position." Earlier this week, two people familiar with the situation told Dow Jones Newswires that NOL was considering a rights issue of more than US$250 million to boost its capital base. | ||||

Charte red and creative..if U bgt at the high..hold long term also can't recover...NOL may issue rights call..matter of time..now trying to dispel rumours after that may be true...weak financials justify rights..may do so aftyer ex-dividend....stocks held up as investors still want the $40 per lot..avoid...see JES and Casco

If you speculate, then be it long term or short term you will lose big time. If you have chartered and creative at high.(or even osim).i think you will see your grave first and remember it was the darling of so many long term investors....not to mention more more more... Do your homeworks and be equipped with solid tools and rules for trading. |
