The only reason to my awareness why it drop is due to the recent bad news about ferrochina, fibrechem, Sino-Env & Biz Times report on "Is the cash there" (thus affecting most s-shares in general) which CHHX replied positively to SGX. Also, in fact, CHHX is not the only stock being sold down, look at the many stocks that are now trading at around this price.

The Chinese equivalent: "无风不起浪" That is, prices drop for a reason. 6c is a record low for China Hongxing, once a counter that made many traders lots of money.

Penny with huge volume traded is not healthy. Remember, Centillion, Informative, Unifiber, Jiutian etc.............. As long as big volume are still traded...they have not come to equilibrium price level, hence downward spiral price down movement are still potential! We should buy and queue penny with no or thinly traded penny share counters for mid to long term holding investment (>400% capital gain potentiality within 2 years holding when market recover generally speaking) and not for daily, weekly or monthly traded!!!.
