Less BBs, cheaper to plays n speculative....KepLand Last:1.07 Vol:6280k  -0.07
while Capland have got more BBs speculating, Capitaland Last:1.87 Vol:18188k  +0.08
All depending on $$$ to recapitalize, No $$$ or cash - stocks will perform badly...many example...one recent eg: like BeautyChina, got to stablise certain amout of confident and stock daily traded price will not fall that great. |

No adversed news to lead to d decent of Kepland. Property arms FY08 earnings shed greatly as shown below. Their fund raising acty attached: Kepland down 70.8%, No sign of raising fund, so far. Capland down 54.3%, had completed its R issue. City Dev down 19.9%, cash rich, no sign of further fund raising. Bkt Sem only 3Q 08 data avai. Its call for Warrant ex today. Other smaller developers no spare as well, except HKland in black. Above for your ref n consideration. No call for anything.

I think the exposure of this counter to vietname overheat property development is quite substantial, there is no exact safe entry point, but I think for blue chips, every counter is heading to $1... personally, I think <$1 is definitely a steal.
