Yes...stay out, unlike u can speculate and can afford to lose the whole capital like i do on jade and centillion... There are so many good one to choose for...if the rally gone u got stuck also no worry...

I suggest you stay out of this stock.....I also wanted to buy when it is 70cts.....heng ah. They are really cash scrap and may implode suddenly. Even if they managed to settle the bond issue, their cash flow is going to be neck-to-neck. Take care.

On 11 Apr 09 Business Times, An article just mentioned that Celestial facing a huge possibility to fork out $274 million to settle its Convertible Bond on 12 Jun 09. The 31 Dec 08 Financial year end report showed that it only has $180.3 Million. Beside that they also need money for expansion plan, so they are seeking external borrowing. The reason for this counter to shoot up could be speculative or insider news (they managed to borrow fund). |

I took notice long already before the media report that they got cash flow problem due to ppl redeeming the loan.. This one run up 30% over for yesterday....BB using this rally to push up to get out...dont be suck in.. I think if you have this one, you wait for opportunity in this rally to get rid of it...losses is better than totally zero like ferrochina...right???what to do??not vested...hope most not vested also....DYODD

Current status Q B 0.9 vol 1616k QS 0.95 vol 96k, last done 0.95 Just be cautious, some plants in PRC packing up over nite ones. AK view only, no alarm for anything.

Its bz cover Health Food n Beverage(49.4%), soy protein isolate(16%), soya bean oil (18.9%), soy functional protein(4.8%), biochemical feedstuff (7.6%), lecithin (3%). Its 3qtr08 NFAT 402.282 RMBm, alrdy closes to its last full FY of 419.07 RMBm. It gave 2 Scts(10.17 RMBcts) in FY07. Hence, d profit definitely will improve. Its last FY announcement of result was on 25 Feb 08. Hence, the result expected to release likely tomorrow. D px last peak at last Dec of 0.43. 52weeks High of 1.49. Low at 17 closed yesterday. Above r for info, no call for anything.

recent lowest is at 0.275, lowest 0.18 in December 2004. IPO price 0.28 in Jan 2004 A must read article about celestrial if you want to hold this for long long term.. http://bullythebear.blogspot.com/2009/02/celestial.html for short term-medium play, I think you will win money.. beware.. quoted his blog "They mentioned that if the bondholders held on till maturity (i.e. June, 2011), Celestial have to pay 129.263% of the principal amount (S$235 mil) by then. This means that Celestial will have to cough up nearly SGD 303 mil (RMB 1,515 mil) in 2011, assuming none of the bondholders convert to shares. That is a potential time bomb waiting to explode." so, just make sure you sell it before year 2011... but that is dead long ago, so my suggest is, can go in for some china s-play rally. not vested yet. |
