They'd only seek delisting if they are damn profitable and they dun need equity funding. In good times this sucker loses quite a fair bit. In bad times it loses even more. There were rumours that the major shareholder was looking to offload this baby but seriously which buyer would be crazy enough to takeover and at a time like this.

For CSM, I think they will lose less if they just shut down.

Dun be surprise if they decide to cut their losses. They been bleeding profusely for as long as I can remember. On periods where they did make money, the amount was paltry by industry standards and it wasn't enough to attract investors attention. The industry isn't turning up anytime soon judging by TSMC and Intels recent report. Barring divine intervention, I'd say this counter is going to the dogs.

The 'osmosis effect' (of the meltdown) may be in progress...

Bailouts may not be the magic wand to right the bad economic situation, ie create economic growth...

I am like you really tempted to get into CHRT @22cents. But thinking of the world getting into recession, just get nervous to place any bet now. See next year is the world economy improves then look into stock mkt again.
