Best time to buy condo is 2nd half of 2009, when recession is deep and hurting. Forget about penny, bank, property/reits or sea/air stocks. My boss laughed at me when I bought 3 cheap condos during slump period in 1997, but now I have the last laugh !..  My nett rental yield is twice his(materials director) monthy gross salary !!   FYI....I retired last year, before 55....   Ha Ha Ha !

don't be surprised, i believe one of your penny stocks can really hit jackpots..

centillion, equation, E3, Jade, Banjoo, KXD, digiland, Ouhua, Starpharm, Sinostar, ChinaNewTown, ChinaOilTech, Unionmet, etc... just name any of them, i believe by year 2015, you also can become millioanaire, i think ur chances is higher than buying DBS, ha ha ...

The main reason why most people lose a lot of money in the stock market is that they made the wrong assumptions from the beginning

The assumption is that the stock market is the place to make money fast.

Thus they ignore the reality that the stock market is also the place to lose a lot of money fast.

Thus, making the right assumptions is the only way to avoid huge losses...

LOL. I dunnoe and it is not really my issue. You cant really help or trust ppl in the forum for good traders usually keep among themselves and dun usually to hang out in forums.

You can help ppl much becoz from my past exp in helping ppl, many are too stubborn to be helped, some cant be help, some dun deserved to be help, some dun want to be help and some are ungrateful ppl and alot are "lazy and dreamers". Few deserved to be help and hence i have decided to help only to a certain degree, nothing more.

I do know of traders who read forums to know when to SELL their positions LOL. Also I suspect some forumers are actually working for BBs to help the BBs push their price or clear their positions. One etc is like that one who keep promoting Biosensor. I warn already but no one want to listen. This is what I call cant be help..

However there are a few forumers whom i know can be trusted, at least i know they are real traders and their minimum standards are better than average traders. You can consider seeking them for help.

 However becareful of what you read and who you read from. Some posters like to put colourful and flowery setence which makes IT look good but have little of value for pratical trading. Oee even try to use forums to con ppl to buy it's useless trading ebook.

Talking about dreams, when one is passed on, one's life would indeed be just one long dream,

with attachments to people and things on this earth plane.

Indeed even before we pass on, one's life up till now is but a dream uncompleted... hehehe...

 

I somehow know he is not holding China Milk... hehehe...

But holding China milk for many years may be an excellent trading strategy to be a millionaire but slowly...
