generally at current global financial crisis, market perception on ppty is poor. moreover Cpland got quite substantial ppty in Aus. With the current global financial instability and weak Aus $ vs S$, outlook for Cpland may not to that shine loh. AK view only. For your info. |

HLJ: no, i meant first resistance at 3.26. if it could have cleared the gap, then 3.65-4.75 was the next resistance. as per earlier post: if it can't do so (ie, if it cannot close beyond 326), it can be taken as a bearish sign. the px movement today proved it alr. ok, i need to sleep. byes, ppl.

You mean resistance at 3.6. So if buy now, only 0.4 away. Then not worth taking the risk. Wanted to buy yesterday at 2.6 but missed it as my computer has problem. My computer showed wrong index! It took from my local memory as internet was down here.
I think i'll wait for it to drop below 3. Will try to get at 2.8.

haha. capland has always been a trader's counter, so ppl in this counter shdn't be too surprised by large intraday movements. just for the very shortterm: There was a gap between 306-326 previously, so what capland is/was trying to do, is to recover this gap. if it can't do so (ie, if it cannot close beyond 326), it can be taken as a bearish sign. If it can recover the gap however, the next resistance is 365-375. strictly speaking, the buy signal was generated yest when the low touched 251 and pinged off. short-sellers etc. Both ways. It's final orders. the matching at 1705 hrs is done by the exchange (believe it's automated), the remainder lots from shortists who didn't cover during the day and those large firms that can afford to throw. It's then matched between seller and buyer, so the final px may be very different from the closing bell. it gives you an idea of how much 'underhand' activities is going on in the counter. why capland is pinging up so fast: because a lot of shortists are scrambling to cover. haha.
