All will depend on whether there's going to be a long drawn out recession ahead,or just a fixable situation which is cured by bailouts with free money... Whatever it is, a lot of money can be lost in the process of 'bargain-snapping' (no 'bargain-hunting' is necessary, since now every stock is a 'bargain'...

yes, a lot of cash rich traders are bystander today. looking at the .546b traded vol now. And some of the hot counters like SGX, low vol, not many players. Unlike last 2 days, by end of the day traded vol were 1.59 n 1.83 b respectively. really, need more supporters to push the market liao. |

Market is have alot of uncertain at this point. Hence alot up and down recently no way to guage how the marktet is going to move. A General Sign, will be for spore market to move big Institition got to come in to show sign of confidence in the market. Why insider are not buying big as they got the cash in hand. They are waiting for the sign to be clearer before jumping in i guess. That my assumption, Market can be up alot when everyone think the crisses is over, or can persist if they think more bad news will come. |

I disagree with the forcast. The Singapore Government will not come out and warn u of hard times. So many stock with cheap valuation why the companies are not doing big buyback on their stock. Could be a bear trap to boost confidence. Stay Sideline | ||||

Today we would hope to see the tide changes with inclination on the upside. While action plan for Europe in finalizing while US is still on the talk, the market would still be volatile considering the different financial system structure between Europe and US/UK has different impact as the action plan is rolled out. I hope I am right to look at the upside. |

read 3Q results announced by MAS...... minus growth for the first time, even the construction only single digit growth.. just make sure you have constant income flow (meaning secured your job), and lets move in big time during bottoming process which is next year... cheers... the future is still bright.. this is where u can earn big money in next 5 years.. don't regret that you didn't buy during SARS or 1997 crash whatever... this time round can easily back to SARS period time, and you should know stock is a cycle, if you still don't go in during the bottoming process. you are really a fool, when and where is the bottoming, of course is not now, we have to constantly monitor the market, it is only Chapter 1, ..... more downside to go... so, no bottom yet.. 1800 points should be a good point to start bottoming, if not... u will know which point is next. |
