Otherwise, I fully agree with Alexchia01. Hong Kong announced on Friday its cooling measures for the property market. China recently expected the property prices to drop by 60%, which is much higher than the 40% previously predicted. China is also mulling over property tax as a cooling measure. Technically, even though price of Ho Bee rose today, it's on contracting volume, which doesn't confirm its engulfing pattern of the candles. This price rise could be a 1 or 2-day rebound. Prices are expected to resume its downtrend soon. It also appears to be in wave C of its current downtrend. Minimum price target is $1.30. Buying Ho Bee now could prove to be a costly mistake. |

There is nothing to Buy today, but a lot to Short. No naked short please. If you want to go short, use a CFD account. Please note that I hold short position for a couple of days to weeks. If you are unable to do this, than this recommendation is not for you. Today is a good day to Short Ho Bee. Ho Bee is currently trading at $1.65. 1. Ho Bee is moving sideway with a potential low of $1.34. 2. Support Level at $1.47 and Resistance Level at $1.74. 3. MACD lines are about to cross and heading down. 4. Stochastic lines just left the overbrought region and also moving down. 5. STI is currently in a Bear Run and this would brings most stocks down, including Ho Bee. You must cover your short when the market turns. This is my personal analysis, you trade at your own risk. Good luck to all. |

if you buy Ho bee because of longer term time frame (approx 5 years holding power), then you may buy more lots when it drop further, dependong on your bid price & your projected instrinic value. hence, its a good time to buy Ho Bee as their fundamentals are there. |
