i think if one read the takeover pre-conditions carefully, one would naturally be cautious how the takeover outcome would pend out. some might think wa.. a 10c gain from arbitrage but in life, sometime cannot be so sure. Just use jade as a learning lesson. some big investors also thought they had a sure arbitrage winner and plonked in alot, eventually losing millions when the deal ended.

I humbly admit that I can not predict if a stock will go up or down over the next year. My strategy is simply to buy good businesses cheap and not worry if the price falls or rises.. I have been holding bright world for some time and intend to keep doing so until it crosses my sell valuation point ( usually around 20 PE for a small company) |

Insider buying is agood sign, but this is a small company with wide fluctuations in q to q results. If your time period is less than 1 year you may be disappointed. That posting above by kloolaloola when Bright World was around 41 cts. Today, it's 60 cts! The market is a humbling place....One's mind should always stay open & be less pedantic.
