I just wonder, is it possible that they set the wrong target in the first place. After all, in a bearish market, the company that maintains a small growth and profitability should still be a winner right?

Perhaps lost fate already? 1Q09 results not that bad whut...tho slightly below some analyst's expectation due to currency exchange reason but believe its only temporary consider the current market condition....Sgd is weakening now! Next. i-phone will be officially launch on 22 Aug and already tens of thousands of people had signed up online to buy it. Tho the actual price still unknown at this moment of time but v. soon. Best if it could hold the wideband infra structure dispute in Aussie as well as winning the controversal Telco law suit in Indon. more good yrs loh.

This is one of the few industries that's least affected by the current US housing / financial woes and escalating global inflation due to the natural of its businesses, ie. utility like. If there's any risk to talk about, it can only be overpaying for M&A activities and currency exchange as S$ appreciate against most of its associate country's currency. Anything else to add?
