I 'll money cost averaging if the price will reach Sgd. 0.045. ohm136      ( Date: 10-Jun-2008 21:46) Posted: Based on FY(31/3/08), NTA = 14.93 US cents which are equivalent to 20.23 S'pore cents (US$1=S$1.355). EPS = 1.79 US cents, or 2.43 S'pore cents. Contel share closed today (10/6/08) at 8.5 cents. At this price, PE is only 3.5. What's wrong with this counter?

x 1   x 0  Alert Admin	Contel issued a clarification to the press release accompanying their annual report.  Extract is as follows:  The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to clarify that the gross profit numbers contained in the first paragraph of the Press Release dated 30 May 2008 should be as follows:- - For the 15 months financial year ended 31 March 2008: US$23.9 million. - For the 12 months ended 31 December 2007: US$23.0 million Some explanation is in order.  Contel recently moved their year end from end Dec to end Mar.  Taken on their own, their end Dec results were okay and so was their end Mar results.  But taken together, it shows that their last quarter i.e. Jan to Mar was not good. There was insufficient data released and explanation given as to why this is so so we have to draw our own conclusions.  BTW, I am personally vested but withdrawing slowly from this counter. .
