Are you trying to control or convince Mr market with your post? Aren't that arrogant and insulting to the general forumer?

I personally think KXD is worth a bet because apart from the fact the company is not an empty shall, the board (consisting of the CEO who holds about 2/3 of the shares and who will fight to safe he own interest if not the company's) is able to recognise and accept that for the reasons in green given below "it will be more prudent for the Group to diversify its revenue streams instead of relying solely onmanufacturing. The Group is currently exploring and evaluating various business plans". And the CEO does have a good track record until recently when the confluence of so many factors (in green below) which are beyond his control proved too much to overcome but as said, he is smart enough make the observation underlined above and take remedial action. All it takes is for KXD to hit on some good project, especially a commodity related one for its shares to move up, and in this connection, the lack of knowledge or expertise in any new line of business can be easily overcome by outsourcing or engagement of experts - see for example how Jade has solved its problem of lack of expertise in coal mining recently. Please however do your own research.it will be more prudent for the Group to diversify its revenue streams instead of relying solely onmanufacturing. Company’s Response:Rising raw material and labour costs, coupled with the appreciation of RMB against USD hasresulted in costs pressures for the manufacturing industry in PRC. Moreover, the intense competition in the electronics industry has continued to further erode profit margins. As such, it will be more prudent for the Group to diversify its revenue streams instead of relying solely onmanufacturing. The Group is currently exploring and evaluating various business plans and willmake an announcement as and when these plans materialise.
