My guess is its psychological. The rigged lower close means that any price done above that on the following day will show up as a gain, the tendency is for people to sell into strength (even if its fake) in this bear market.

Got sold down to 19c today, seems to be short selling from the same institution or person. I noticed that there is always a deliberate attempt to rig the close by selling down one lot just before 5.05pm almost everyday. Looks cheap at 5x p/e but I dare not enter. |

TA shows momentum behind this counter with the strong volume as well. If you want to play it safer, you could wait till the prices closes up above the 50 MA and the 50MA gets back above the 200MA. | ||||

Way back was like some here hold on to stock follow up and down and stuck there.I suggest next time around cut lose then move on. Dont let it go down so low. You got to wait a long time for it to come around. Even if it is a good stock, if it is not liquid, it is holpless, unless there are good news or rumour in play,like recent stamfordland You know Teh hooi Ling, she state in her book to cut lose at 12%. I found this to be quite true, but mine is more kiasu. Try out yourself. If profit let it run then when it retreat 12 % sell. I know it is painful to do so to cut, but it will be more painful to stuck your $ in a stock for along time. We can then use the money on another counter to fight another battle. Put the $ to good use. I know u say it will come back, i know it will , but when? Dont trade with emotion or ego. stick to rule, cut when hit,dont delay.move on to another counter. good luck and best trades |
