x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Medtecs' TDR (1TDR is back by 1 ordinary share) on Taiwan Stock Exchange closed at 9.45 new Taiwan dollars (NTDs) on 18/4/2008. Based on the exhange rate of S$1=23.20 NTDs, 9.45 NTDs are equal to 40.73 S'pore cents. However, Medtecs share on sgx closed only at 9 cents. I would appreciate it very much if anyone can advise me the reason for such a big price dicrepancy.
