It is acquiring a 51% stake in Yima Jinjiang Energy Comprehensive Utilisation Co, which owns a 270MW power plant in China, for US$45m. It plans a share placement to raise US$40m. China's economy is growing rapidly and its needs many power plants for its industries. CEnerSave will benefit. I think buy after its share placement. |

what happen to cnersave ? jus when it is moving, it trading sideway, even to 16 cts, should be a good penny stock to watch. i think so. |

Alamak!!! since along time neber mention this stock liao, seem more ppl getting interested in this, support is seem coming from just under 15 cents and now going for 19 cents ?? or 22cents ??. old news, they just bot a china enegry company and need some US$41 million, i think so. |

Post results announcement, 17.338m shares were issued to acquire new subsidiary Golden Way Holding. Value Capital Asset Management Limited has converted a total of 76,961,991 shares from its allocation of $30m unsecured non-interest bearing convertible notes due in 2011, so far only $8.95m worth of notes converted, potentially 181m more to be converted. Assuming full conversion of notes and new shares issued, additional new shares for 2006 would amount to about 275m. 2 biomass projects to begin in 1H FY06 but no material impact on earnings for FY06. Huizhou waste-to-energy project to commence in 2H 2006. FY06 earnings will probably be uninspiring but going forward, the Huizhou waste-to-energy project and biomass plants should contribute positively to earnings due to demand in PRC for renewable energy. .........continued at my blog |

HI Gallen, Cnersave forum?? good, good, oredi said it going to test 20/22cts, if it cross it support line btw 145cts to 165cts and now no problem targeting Px of 18cts tmr. A v v stiff resistent here beyond 185/19cts B4 going beyond $0.20cts, needless to worry too much as big boys is vested oredi, but will hv to wait for awhile |

[B]Technical Analysis[/B] Chart shows prices recovering from recent lows of 10 cents in end May 05. Prices have broken out of what looks like an extended triple bottom formation (from May 05 to Mar 06), with each bottom getting higher. Ttechnical target for breakout from this formation is 18.5 to 19 cents. Consolidation over past 3 days ahead of stiff resistance band as mentioned below: Resistances: 18.5/19/19.5/20 cents (prior resistances established in Jan 05, Sep 04, May 04 and Jan 04.
