Today volume is damn high. Bought at 0.6. Waiting to let go by evening or tomorrow morning. Steep rise in volume with an increase in closing price means the tsunami the pour over till tomorrow. So Buckle up and lets ride this wave. Previous high was 0.71. Thats the resistence we're looking for. |

Looking at the very strong fundamentals and doing extensive research in the activities of Chip ES, the prospects of Chip ES looks bright. Property boom, record contract vol, record profits from recent sell-out lauches, prospective contracts coming along etc. If you look at the P/E ratio, it is currently undervalued. Morever, we are not encouraging speculating and trading or worst shorting, we may have to hold on for the next 6 to 8 months for the share to climb up. And the fact that it actually went down by 40% makes it even more attractive to proceed to buy more. It was down due to the weak buying sentiments from the sub-prime issue. Fundamentally, Chip ES is still a strong stocks, you may call it blue chip construction stock. Its profit climbed 8-fold in Half Year 2007 and looking strong to lock in record profits for its Toa Payoh HDB flats, Tanjong Pager 50-storey HDB flats, profits for its Hay Peck condominiums, Parc Condominiums etc. Of course, no investments are 100% gurantee. Must do more research befor jumping in. No risks no gain. Thank you. |

louis, I do not know who you are, where you come from. Please don't keep encourage to chase CES, what if they get burn again? From $1 down to the present 60 cents. That's a 40% drop in price. Think I saw some report it will reach $1.50, I really not sure about it. Btw, how many shares you own for CES? |

With HDB announcing 7000 more units to be built in next 7 months, Chip ES will be one of the main beneficiary, reasons being Chip ES is one of the TOP listed HDB construction companies. Plus the pending announcement of IR construction contracts worth billions for both IR Sands and IR Genting, the cake is just too big and needs to be splilt in more portions and Chip ES will be in for its fair share, surely. Also, MOM just announced that it is increasing the ratio of local to foreigners from 1:5 to 1:7. This will give positive edge to construction companies facing manpower crunch. With millions of cash-in flow and record prices for HDB, mass and surburb condominiums and high-end condonimums and also record profits to be announced soon (remember that Chip ES is now a developer and construction contractor), construction stocks especially Chip ES should head north. Buy or you may miss the boat. |
