Sorry, I am changing my views on this counter. Sell. Think what is lacking here is probably a lack of vision (what a misnomer?), inappropriate governance or misdirection without a proper leadership. Woes be to these kind of companies and who runs them.

This company will have AGM on 28/07/2010. A look at its AR can tell you it is a LOSING CULTURE company. Quite shameful, year in and year out no substantial business except for impairment here and impairment there. What game are the directors playing, hard to understand where got such company existing on earth? Likely to trade down to 0.1 cent. Pathetic. | ||

Two years gone by and not fruitful. Got played out by the Arabs investors. China market for gambling could have stumbled. Maybe lost too much money to betting customers. Sugget security measures. Even directors pockets must be empty when they go to the better rooms. Jokes only...hahahaha.

I don't understand. They always say gambling owners sure make big money. How come this one lottery company share never rise by fall all the time? Issit too many people strike their lotteries? |

How much lower it will drops from $0.135?. The fair value for this stock is $0.38. Do you know the characteristics of highly speculative stock?. Yes! Up fast and Drop also fast. Now price already at super low. I already bought this share as much as 100 lots at $0.13. Now waiting for BB to push up to at least $0.40. | ||

touches support point at 0.16, quite a dangerous situation now, if it breaks 0.16, nightmare followed.... or this is the point of reversal.. If seeing penny stock like banjoo, bakertech, i prefer lottvision based on the chart, as the discount is huge, as it has two peaks form in feb and july at high 0.70.... from 0.16 to that level, beautiful 450% gain... anyone wants to tell us the FA of this company? any chance to turn the loss to profit in near term? |

Losses in 2Q FY08 16 November 2007 2Q results. expenses. This was attributed to the following items: HK$8.4m equity-based employee stock options expenses for the 44m share options granted on 10 April 2007 and HK$0.8m amortisation of intangible asset and HK$0.6m increase due to a gratitude payment to a retired employee and cost of new contract staff. Moreover, the loss from associates amounted to HK$3.8m. This was due to losses in its 40% owned associate, PAL Development Limited (PAL). LottVision reported 2Q turnover of HK$0.4m (-92% yoy) and net loss of HK$19.9m. The loss was due mainly to an increase in administrativeFair value reduced from S$0.43 to S$0.38. We use a 5-yr DCF valuation method to drive a fair value of S$0.38 per share on LottVision. This amount is lower than the earlier estimate of S$0.43 due to higher-than-expected losses in FY08.Management Outlook. LottVision will seek growth in the lottery-related business in China. It believes that the lottery industry is poised for exponential growth as the introduction of new technologies, products, service offerings and distribution platforms will escalate the development of the industry.Stock remains highly risky. Based on our fair value of S$0.38, the stock offers upside for investors. However, there is a substantial amount of risk as the company continues to report losses for the first two consecutive quarters in FY08.Risk factors in our estimates. neo8180, you are very right, their results is entering a loss operation, becareful dude.. last year 3Q net profit is HK$ 6.4 million , but this quarter is LOSS HK $ 19.4 millions !!!! with DOW closed RED today, I think you can see 0.21 today. |

Look at the positive side. Given any company for renewal of Business activities, M&A or JV, it may affect the P&L. During this transitional period, there are additional operating costs incurred as part of the process of acheiving target. This counter is not suitable for contra play but mid term play or long term. My Verdict is Hold | ||
