i didn't give comments about this company but Mr. H comments, I found that wheneve he shows up, the counter drops non-stop.. that is something I observe for the past 1.5 years. That's why I will get chicken out if he shows up at the counter I purchased. |

I still remember all the counters you bought are dropping like shit now, please don't mislead people to buy those hopeless counter, I still can remember you say what zhuzilong which susppended until today .. united foods, hengxin, they are all your beloved counters, but now heading south with gravity... conservative calculation, if what u said is true, you are on paper loss more than 1 million now with all the counters you keep buying and buying.. so, keep the loss to yourself and don't wanna invite more ghost soul to join you.. your cost averaging for all this counters doesn't work at all.. that had been at least more than 1.5 years as I obsever your post.. but I cannot imagine how come you are not interested at blue chip, but small penny stock. and i never see you sell stock, ha ha.. you are singaporean warren buffet eh ?! |

Dear Jensonlaw, I am not that stupid to dump/sell the share at this hyper-undervalued/artificially technical depressed share price level Sgd. 0.085. I have accumulated the share since the price at Sgd. 0.15 level till now!!!I 'll requeue buying at Sgd. 0.085, 0.08 also 0.075 and so on till it is bottomed out in what ever price it may be. I have arranged my keep buying money cost everaging strategy especially for my most favorate and recommended strong buy stock strategy ready. |

So instead of converting the loan to shares, PCIM can actually get the shares cheaply from the open market (9c instead of 9.5c). So does it mean that existing shareholders are dumping the shares because PCIM is on board? Or is Hulumas dumping the shares instead of accumulating them? Is the shares worth buying just now at 9c? Any comments welcomed. |

Pacific Capital Investment Management Limited (PCIM) has on 24/10 subscribed for the Tranche 1 Notes in the principal aggregate amount of $2m. Subsequently, PCIM has on 31/10 exercised its rights to convert the aggregate principal amount of $2m in respect of the Tranche 1 Notes at the Conversion Price of $0.095 per share. Accordingly, to date, the total loan converted in the capital of the Company is $2m. The aggregate number of new shares to be allotted to PCIM was agreed at 21,052,000 shares based on the Conversion Price of $ 0.095 per share. |

What has happened to KXD? It ended yesterday at 9c, a steep discount to the 12c it hit running upwards. That's a 25% discount. This is a gem which should be highly valued again shortly. |

This may sound pessimistic -- what is there to decide during the meeting when the CEO already holds more than 70% and plans to use his voting power? I have been reading the circular and fail to see how converting more shares can benefit the shareholders, EPS is lowered, PE ratio goes up, etc. |

Hi, Hulumas. Sorry, I have to work, cannot attend the EGM. Sure wish that all EGMs can be held on a weekend instead. I was just wondering, will you be holding KXD, until it reach above $0.88 ? Or like along the way, when KXD have gone up a lot, you may see that Zhongguo Jilong have a higher potential, then you may drop KXD, and go for Zhongguo Jilong instead ? That was what we did, drop Yongnam before it reach its target price, and go for higher potential KXD.  |

Most of you would have receive the shareholder circular yesterday, to vote to approve Notes issue and issue of conversion shares, for the coming shareholders meeting. SGX also have some anouncement on it. Shall we go for or against it ?
