Seems management not honest. Government ban feast since last year but they chose to report bad news later.

The ceo keeps saying holding on to exisitng pawn items so that it cam be sold when new shops opens.

Doesn't sound logical and still says strategy working when all in red.

And never reinstate when the glory days will be back.

Looks like boarded a pirate ship not a pawn ship

From experience

Bust time property counter can plunge to 0.2 NAV

Boom time can go as high as 2.5NAV for mid to big cap and 5NAV for small cap.

So u decide mr R Will row to which extreme.

For the FA investor, here are some nos. to go by:
12.69 cents a share is the NTA of Rowsley.
14.28 is the NTA assuming all the warrants are converted.
Rowsley now trades at around 2.4X NTA.
OCBC in August valued Rowsley at 34 cents after conversion of all the warrants.
In short, Rowsley is trading at fair value now.

Personally, I think 30 or below is a good buy. My only concern is the idiosyncracies and uncertainty of the politicians in Malaysia.

True....no meaning for their NAV of 4 cts now due to the fact that they have not start to price in the units for their project yet. Once they do then we may know but since its a mix use project it can be very complex esp there is a medical hospital plus when PL throw in his holding in Thomsom medical and TCM. So for the actual NAV thingy....it will take sometime to work thru. Btw where does this 16 cts you wrote come from? Mother is at 28 cts and son is at 11 cts. Please enlighten us

With most broker putting a limit to 20-30k, very difficult to cheong.

without the lid, most players can trade ten times more powerful with mortar throw another few grenade, now only left with stones to throw.

Once the restriction is lifted then I will crawl back , I would rather push by all of us then to be push down by shortist.

Feb results should be good as earning should be reflected , by then all penny saga would be over.

And music will start again before STI crash finally.

Fundamentally TA has not really signal a buying long term

Today surprising rebound to close a doji seems to show news has been leaked, with depth till towards buying side.

anyway will look for long term buying signal , probably will hit before feb result announcement.

It could probably be the last double top back to ten cents before STI crash again.

Tmr good luck for those who buy and sell. A stag is highly recommended.

On 29 Aug Mr N also hit $6m contract jump only 0.3cents.

So dun be too happy for those who are using to contra , can take some kopi money back.

Dun know why they are still not awarded the two licensee sub contract work
