Even 3020 points, it doesn't gurantee a thingy. my tgt for today is 3086 points. A stronger bull is at 3050 points for more upside (remember head and shoulder, i mean story) great :)) I can't believe it sg $90,000 in 7 days trading affair. just atm and check my  A/C  OH YES!!! BTW, dont give up first.... Any break above 1.92 tmr will signal a high chance to hit 1.95 (actually 1.94 will do)...  I may long it at lower price instead of short.... Let's see how it move....

Dividen 4ct but at May... lol...

As long as the location and the environment are good... HDB should be enough... buy private for investment...  Shop for housing only when you see many housing agents switched job....   lol... Anyway, I see at least 30% drop from peak...

It is hard to believe that property play is over.... especially those who bought asset at  high price.... They will not believe or will choose not to believe their asset is going down.... They will need to hold another 10year before they can profit from it.... A long painful cyclical cycle.... More pain  when mortgage  interest  go up (believe by year end or next year).... 

That's all I want to say..... Have a nice investment...
