this is my only broker, bo pa lang liao, hahaha!

my agent is a humble man, i get good service from him ~~~ daily emails on stocks update, prompt response to my queries and pre empt of risky stocks.

Bro Peter, 

their platform is not difficult to learn and has nifty features such as chart genie etc which helps u read charts to determine which stocks to buy and their trend....

but its a very slow platform especially if u need to key in buy/sell order quickly. if market is moving quickly, u may be few pips up/down before ur order is in.

I really feel like suing them but i hv no money liao.. Juz called the manager and scolded him...he can only say the intention is to communicate the possible suspension...don't dare admit they forced me into keying to buy at immediate px at that moment. Trade is filled and can't be cancel.

SINGAPORE, Oct 4 (Reuters) - Singapore Exchange has 
suspended the trading of Blumont Group Ltd  shares 
after the company said it plans to take over a foreign-listed 
coal mining company, sending its shares plunging by more than 50 
percent. 
" This is to safeguard the interests of the market as there 
could be circumstances that would result in the market not being 
fully informed," a stock exchange filing said. 
Blumont said before market hours on Friday that it had 
reached an agreement on the terms of a proposed takeover bid of 
a coal mining company for up to S$146 million ($117 million).

MELBOURNE, Oct 4 (Reuters) - Singapore conglomerate Blumont 
Group  said on Friday it has agreed terms on a proposed 
takeover of a foreign-listed coal company for about S$146 
million ($117 million), sending its shares plummeting 39 
percent. 
Blumont did not name its target, but said it had made 
previous investments in the company. A company it has invested 
in, Australian-listed coal explorer Cokal Ltd  , went on 
a trading halt at the same time. 
Blumont said the acquisition would be paid for through a 
share issue of about 72.2 million new Blumont shares. 
Separately, it said it had agreed to invest up to about S$98 
million in the target by buying new shares and convertible bonds 
issued by the target. 
Cokal's shares traded up 4.6 percent at A$0.23, valuing the 
group at A$104.7 million ($98.2 million) ahead of the trading 
halt. 
Blumont shares dived 39 percent to S$1.225 following its 
announcement. Blumont shares had been the best performer in the 
Singapore market so far this year ahead of the announcement, 
data from Thomson Reuters StarMine shows. 
Cokal is focused on developing metallurgical coal in 
Indonesia, where its Bumi Barito Mineral project was recently 
granted a mining production license. 
Cokal's spokesman was not immediately available for comment.

x 0 		China Gaoxian fined S$2.3m by Korean authority

SCANDAL-HIT fabric maker China Gaoxian might have resumed trading on the Singapore Exchange (SGX), but its past has returned to haunt it.

Korea's Regulatory authority Financial Supervisory Services (FSS) has fined it two billion Korean won (S$2.3 million) over a securities registration statement lodged in 2011, when the company raised funds via Korean Depository Receipts (KDRs) on the Korean Stock Exchange.

FSS said China Gaoxian had exaggerated its cash and cash equivalents as at the time of its Korean listing by more than 100 billion won, and had not disclosed material facts relating to its Huaxiang Project to expand production.

The KDRs will be compulsorily delisted tomorrow.
